things are going all emotional rollercoster this past week. and im rather guilt ridden by it to some extent. First it was soccer, den it was school..i dun noe whether anot ive enuff mental capacity to hold off any such repercussion or in this case such bitter diatribe.

in any case, 300 has been my motivation this year. Heck, ive even been to such lengths like naively following the gut wrentching methods of earning that hard rock abs that even Mr Arnold would be proud of. the regime? well its none other than 300 rep- SPartan workout>>25 pullups, 50 deadlifts with 75kg, 50 pushups, 50 jumps on a 50 cm box, 50 floor wipers, 50 single-arm clean-and-presses using a 18kg kettle bell, and 25 more pullups. trust me doing 25 pull ups makes me groan like a dying pig. Madness? well as they say, THIS IS SPARTAN! -.-

okok enuff dreaming already, 1 moree week to A division and i still think i have yet to improve on my technical aspect of the game . physical wise....yeah ppl might perceive me as the 'fittest' jc2 guy but for me thats as far as it gooes..nuthin more.TO be honest, i really disappointed and even more pissed at my own self, though i cant help it but wonder why when i played recreationally wid ma peeps it seems different when i play during trainings. gah! im so not gonna be down in the pecking order. judging by the way things are going, i think i will prolly get the latter.

sheesh, oh well, lucky i had this to brightened up my day. :) its ur very own MAY and CHOY!!oh dun ask me how i got this..for all u noe i jus might be the one taking it. :)

btw, i've jus heard my fren overseas just recently hitch hiked himself in America. (Doesn't it sound like what a normal Singaporean wouldn't experience in their lifetime? Kudos to his courage)

And I think travelling the world really changed him.

He's a total tough cake now, eh.Ahh.... I think I want to try hitchhiking from Bukit Batok to Yishun.

PREASEEE la.. Singaporeans are so KIASI! And you think we have couchsurfer member in Singapore?? I'll be damned. But maybe ...

But also, I think, hitch hiking from Jakarta to Bali, noone would survive either. Generally, angmohs still have a lot more integrity than Asians, I think. Though of course crime rates are high in Europe too. *shrugs*..

Just thank God he's fine.
