sleeping with the chalk

first, everyone needs to hear about my pain because this is my site and there's nothing you can do about it, really. the strange burning feeling in my stomach has not subsided and i'm in hell.

okay, not really because it's more of an annoyance than utter undefined pain that makes you want to scratch everyone else's eyes out just because you can. : )

anyway, the pain was bad enough to wake me up several times and so there i was, at 5 in the morning, chewing furiously at antacids. it is NOT fun...they taste like chalk. i know because i've eaten chalk before. i'm not sure why though.: )

but i've figured it out. one suffers from gastric pain because of heightened stomach acidity, no? and i remember that you need to use alkali to neutralize acids. right? so if my stomach is acidic, do i then neutralize it by drinking something alkaline like bleach? or soap, perhaps? Ouch! my head hurts!

but there's that one teeny problem that i might keel over and die if i did that.

so im reduced to eating chalk. they are chalk masquerading as antacids. it helped a bit this morning at 5 am so i think i might finish the whole pack tonight.

hmm. i think this whole post is pointless. ahhh.
